    BNL, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Human Capital Management Analyst to supporting a federal government client in Washington, DC.

     

    The successful candidate must be able to network and establish strong relationships with clients, as well as, maintain open lines of communication and provide constructive feedback to BNL leadership.  In addition to serving as a source of recognized subject matter and organizational expertise to the client, the successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and have a strong client service focus and professional business orientation. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop change management and communication strategies in support of client's Human Resource Management  (HRM) division's initiatives to include development of communication plans, conducting stakeholder analyses, and developing communications;
    • Conduct the planning, implementation and analysis of mechanisms and/or tools to measure the level of customer service the HRM provides to the agency directorates and offices and the level of customer service the HRM provides to its employees;
    • Develop recommendations and actions to address a variety of survey findings;
    • Conduct studies of the HRM workload, analysis of results, and implementing recommendations and actions to address findings using industry best-practice techniques;
    • Conduct a variety of research to support operational excellence; and
    • Provide overall program management support to HRM initiatives include development of project plans, schedules, risk management processes, and supporting the implementation of these elements in HRM.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of Federal government HR experience successfully performing related work, or any degree/training and ten years of progressive experience providing management consulting for related work. Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, experience in leading major strategic human capital projects.
    • Experience with workforce planning and strategic planning.
    • Exceptional people skills & ability to engage all levels of the organization.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
    • Demonstrated experience in the federal government contracting environment. 
    • Ability to problem-solve in a time constrained environment.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks through strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to research and analyze large amounts of data.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
